Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream low fat works well, too!
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Mexican or sharp cheeses
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can tomatoes and green chilis drained

Instructions

  • Drain the can of tomatoes and green chilis. Lin a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, tomatoes and green chilis, taco packet and cheese.
  • Mix will. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. (Do not let the dip sit out at room temperature for more than 2 hours!)
