Ingredients
1cupstrawberriesfresh or frozen
1/2cupvanilla Greek yogurt
1 tsphoney
1/2 to 1cupiceif you are using frozen berries, omit the ice or add as desired
1tspchia seeds
Instructions
In a blender, place strawberries, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into a tall glass. Sprinkle chia seeds on top of smoothie.
