One thing is for sure: egg noodles are my friend. They can be your friend, too! Let’s all be friends. Seriously, they are saving me these last few weeks of My 12 Week Weight-loss Journey!Yes, that simple pasta your mama made to throw cube steaks & gravy on top of have quickly become my BFF! Egg noodles. Who knew? I can have 1 1/2 cups for only 210 calories & 2.5 grams of fat. Carbs? Well, I can burn off 38 grams of carbs walking to my mailbox & back! They are sooo filling, and very much a comfort food. WIN for dieters!

Remember Week 1?!? All those pounds….gone…in one week. That inspired me and keeps me going.

I mean, what kind of world would it be if you deprived yourself of Simple Southern Fried Shrimp?!?! Or Restaurant Style White Chicken Enchiladas for crying out loud? A sad, tasteless life I tell you.
So, you must be wondering what I weighed when I got on my scale this morning. I know I was!
This morning, my weight remained the same. No pounds lost. You know what? That’s ok with me! I exercised a lot but I’ve not been as strict with my calories to the same degree that I did in Week 7, so I know that this week I need to work a little harder to pull it home!
I’m so glad you stopped by this morning for Weigh-in Wednesday!
