Pumpkin Spice Muffins are super perfect for tailgates! The muffins are even better the second day, so make them on Friday and take them to the game on Saturday! Make sure you cover them in a sealed container once they cool.

These muffins can be packaged individually really well – score big at the bake sale! As a matter of fact, the first time I had muffins similar to these was at our church bake sale years ago.
Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 15oz can pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium size bowl, mix together the spice cake mix, water and pumpkin.
- Spoon mixture into 12 paper cupcake liners. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
