Today is THE DAY!
The final weigh-in from my month long fitness overhaul is this morning- I am READY!
If you’ve been with me the past few weeks, you know I had a few set backs…..hey….it’s called real life! 🙂 My weight-loss plan did not go quite as smoothly as my last one, however I am super proud of how far I’ve come!
Still on my list: I really, really want a new bathroom scale. Specifically,
this one! My friend let me use hers and the bluetooth technology is mind blowing. But I digress…
Here’s the deal: from the passing of a family pet to bronchitis that almost put me in the hospital, this month has been challenging. But… I DID IT! I lost a couple of pounds.

I was tempted to eat a Deep Fried Oreo yesterday, but my will power won!
Soooo…..all of that aside….how much weight did I lose?
Drumroll Clark Griswold style, please…..
I lost three pounds.
I LOST THREE POUNDS!!!!! 🙂
Ok, not the eight I initially aimed for BUT this girl is HAPPY!
I reached my goal to re-boot how I am approaching food and I am slowly becoming more active!
