These M & M Peanut Butter Blondies are sweet treats that tuck beautifully into back-to-school lunchboxes or in your car for tailgate parties!
My friend Dana brought these little delicacies to a friend’s birthday gathering recently. One bite and I was HOOKED. The M & M Peanut Butter Blondies were thick and chewy….very moist. I have always hesitated to bake blondies because the ones I have had were just dry and bland. But not these…oh no…this recipe really tops all the others. SO. GOOD.
Dana said she found it over at Fantastic Family Favorites Blogspot but switched the regular M & M’s for peanut butter filled M & M’s . This little switch makes all the difference! Because guess what? Outside of the M & M’s, there is not any peanut butter in M & M Peanut Butter Blondies! The peanut butter flavor from the M & M’s permeates the batter. You don’t need to add additional peanut butter! Copa LOVES the combination of chocolate & peanut butter, so of course I came home that day and….baked! You can see the peanut butter goodness in the photo below: M & M Peanut Butter Blondies travel soooo well. These would be great to pack into a lunchbox, or seal ’em in a plastic container and take them to your tailgates! Are you tapped to bring a snack for Scouts, the PTA or a committee meeting? Bring these blondies. They are a hit with adults and children alike!
We had dear friends over Saturday to watch the U.S.A Women’s Soccer Team beat France in the first full day of the Olympic games. Guess what I served for dessert? Yep….M & M Peanut Butter Blondies were a fun addition to our Olympic watch party! You HAVE to try these.
I am going to make these for an NFL Washington Redskins tailgate using only red and yellow M & Ms! I think this NFL Washington Redskins Chef Hat and Apron Set would be super cute to wear, don’t you?
