Load ’em UP! Smother & cover delicious tater tots with buffalo chicken. Seriously a game changer! Perfect for game days when you are home-tailgating!
Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots make game time the BEST time. Crispy tots. A creamy, spicy buffalo chicken sauce. Mounds of blue cheese…….and bacon…SCORE! These are so easy, very impressive, and a hit with fans of all ages!
During one spring break, I met my daughter and her sorority sisters for an early St. Patrick’s Day dinner. She ordered an appetizer like none other: tater tots covered in buffalo chicken goodness. I was hooked – so was she! We immediately conspired to see if we could recreate this decadent, game day party-on-a-plate. It’s everything you want for tailgate parties. Spicy. Cheesy. FRIED
This is her recipe & her pics……I was the happy taste tester!
You will want this snack for football parties, March Madness, race days….do we even really NEED an occasion for this?!? No, no we don’t.
Tip: I bought these pie tins to serve game day appetizers.
First, bake your tots according to package directions.
Then, mix up your buffalo chicken sauce. NOTE: it is a little different than Buffalo Chicken Dip as we wanted more of a sauce than a dip. Your family and guests will be WOWED with the complex flavors circulating among the tots.
To add a little punch to the flavors (and the presentation), I like to drizzle a little bit of ranch dressing and Frank’s Wing Sauce on top of the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots….sooooo good!
Enjoy, and happy tailgating! Hey, we’d love to see you with us on Pinterest! Click here and follow us!
